In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the poa88 website accessible at https://poa88.ws and all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and services made available through that domain.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account has been approved by poa88.

• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited or requires a licence that poa88 does not hold.

By registering an account or using any Service on poa88, you represent, warrant, and confirm all of the following eligibility conditions:

To access any Service on poa88, you must first register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing management of your Account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Member Account on poa88. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and balance forfeiture.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• KYC Verification: poa88 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. poa88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify poa88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other individual. Winnings may not be transferred between accounts.
• Account Verification at Withdrawal: poa88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents — including bank account ownership proof matching the name on your Member Account — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all Members regardless of account history.

All financial transactions on poa88 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

poa88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

poa88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. Current supported methods are always displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. The minimum deposit via e-wallet is Rp 10.000. Bank transfer minimums may be higher.
• Deposits are credited to your IDR Wallet in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation, depending on the payment channel used.
• You must deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the funding account does not match your Member Account — are not permitted and will be rejected or refunded.
• poa88 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges. poa88 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed by the poa88 finance team within an average of five (5) minutes for verified accounts during standard operating conditions.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your Member Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• poa88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods, maintenance windows, or national holidays in Indonesia (such as Idul Fitri or Lebaran) may experience processing delays. poa88 will communicate expected delays via in-platform notifications where possible.
• Any active Bonus balance subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is fully met.
• poa88 reserves the right to reverse or void any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. In such cases, the relevant balance will be frozen pending investigation.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

poa88 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where we are legally or ethically obliged to do so. Members whose accounts show patterns consistent with money laundering — including rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycling with minimal wagering — will have their accounts reviewed and potentially suspended.

poa88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. The following general terms apply to all Bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Member is eligible to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring (e.g., a weekly reload bonus).
• Wagering Requirements: All cash bonuses and free bets are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from the Bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page before the Member opts in.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or incomplete bonus balance will be forfeited. The validity period is stated on each promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: poa88 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a Member has exploited, abused, or otherwise manipulated a promotional offer. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products available on poa88. Product-specific rules are published on the relevant product pages within the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on poa88 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. poa88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed at erroneous odds due to a system error, and bets that exceed published maximum stake limits.
• Erroneous Odds: In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, poa88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the Member's IDR Wallet. This right applies regardless of whether the affected bets have been settled.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the applicable completion threshold (as defined in the specific sport's rules), bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's IDR Wallet.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one or more legs are voided due to event cancellation, the remaining legs stand and the bet is recalculated as a reduced accumulator.
• Live Betting: In-play bets placed on live events are subject to delayed acceptance to prevent abuse of live score information. poa88 is not liable for any delays in live data feeds that affect the in-play betting experience.
• Slot Games & RNG: All slot games on poa88 use certified RNG technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over very large sample sizes; individual session outcomes may vary significantly from the published RTP.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results on poa88 are derived from official external pool draws (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and others). poa88 does not control or influence these draw outcomes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on poa88. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently terminated and may forfeit all balances held in their IDR Wallet:

• Opening or operating more than one Member Account, whether under the same or different personal details, IP addresses, or devices.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with poa88.
• Using the Platform in furtherance of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system, artificial intelligence tool, or other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform — including but not limited to displaying erroneous odds, incorrect game state, or double-credit deposit errors — and not reporting them promptly to poa88 support.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in card games such as Bandar Q and Domino QQ.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, or systematically hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform outside of normal Member access, including attempting to compromise our security infrastructure, servers, or databases.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing poa88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the poa88 Platform — including but not limited to the poa88 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of poa88 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of poa88.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by poa88's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
• Members acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that all wagering decisions are made voluntarily and at the Member's own risk. poa88 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by Members on the Platform.

• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus balances or free bets will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you where you have not been terminated for cause (i.e., for prohibited conduct or fraud).
• Survival: The following clauses shall survive termination of your Member Account: Clause 7 (Prohibited Conduct), Clause 8 (Intellectual Property), Clause 9 (Limitation of Liability), Clause 12 (Governing Law), and any other clause that by its nature should survive.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which poa88 holds its international operating licence.
